Rosalie Candelario is an Intuitive Wellness Coach, as well as a Level 2 Essentrics® trainer, certified Barre instructor, and CYT-200 Yoga teacher. She uses movement, mindfulness, and intuitive nutrition to help others feel better in their bodies.

  • ESSENTRICS®

    A full body dynamic stretching and strengthening class designed to tone long and lean muscles, improve posture and flexibility, and rebalance all 650 muscles. Essentrics combines the flowing movements of tai chi, the strengthening theories of ballet, and the healing principles of physiotherapy. This equipment-free workout leaves you feeling energized, youthful and healthy.

  • ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards

    An age reversing workout that will restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy and your immune system. A slow-paced,full body workout created by the author of Forever Painless and the New York Times bestseller, Aging Backwards.

  • BARRE BODY

    A ballet-inspired workoutwhich consists of small-range movements, isometric holds, and lengthening stretches to expertly tone the entire body. Feel graceful and beautiful while building a strong core, long and lean limbs, and a tight, firm butt. All ages and fitness levels welcome. No dance experience necessary!

  • YOGA

    A gentle vinyasa class where you flow through sequences of sun salutations and postures, linking breath with movement to build both strength and flexibility. Ying & Yang classes meld the strengthening postures of vinyasa with targeted deep holds for greater release of tight or overworked muscles. The ultimate in mind-body connection.
